| dc.description.abstract | This research was aimed to find the brand loyalty of consumer towards their cellular companies. There were total four companies Mobilink Ufone, Telenor and Warid of which the data was collected. There are 8 factors Price, Advertising, voice quality, GPRS, Connectivity, Sales promotion, Customer care, New packages. On which the analysis was done.Each factor was having some questions and scales were used to measure the factors. There were total four companies Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor and Warid of which the data was collected. All data is taken from Rawalpindi and Islamabad from both males and females of age group of 18 to 25, which helped me to understand the loyalty of consumers.The results showed that consumer’s level of satisfaction is high in all companies and in all factors but in some factors the satisfaction level is low. But overall every company is trying its best to make its consumers loyal because due to competition, no company wants to loose its customer they all want to make their customers loyal and happy. | en_US |
