dc.description.abstract Turnover has become the most important problem for organizations in the recent times. Organizations have to incur high costs in hiring and training employees. In order to keep the costs of hiring and training of employees to a minimum, it's very important to retain them.Muslim Commercial Bank is one of the premier banks of Pakistan. It has often got recognized for its banking and other services. But despite all its success, Muslim Commercial Bank also faces the problem of voluntary turnover among its employees who are apparently not happy there. In recent years it has faced high voluntary turnover among employees who have left to join other organizations . This research identifies the reasons due to whic h the employees are voluntary leaving Muslim Commercial Bank to work at other companies and it also tries to find the maj or areas which have to be well thought-out t o control this high rate of turnover.Also, this research gives a few recommendations and an action plan about how to counter the problem of voluntary turnover to reduce the costs that MCB is facing currently. en_US
