dc.description.abstract The Cryptographer tool is used to Encrypt/Decrypt any type of files. It uses three different types of algorithms to encrypt/decrypt files. The algorithms used in this tool are DES, AES, RSA. Different algorithms need different types of keys. DES and AES use password to encrypt/decrypt and the RSA uses two keys i.e. private key and a public key where the lengths of the keys are dependent on Algorithm. DES uses 64 bit key, AES uses 128 bit key while RSA uses 1024 bits and 2048 bits key. There is a use friendly interface which makes it easy for the user to encrypt/decrypt any file and the key length secures the encrypted information. After encrypting the information the encrypted file along with the key is sent to the user who wants to use the file, with the help of the key the file can be decrypted back to its original form
