Abstract:
"Online Routing and Tracking For Conventional Filling" which is basically a desktop application using windows forms. It is developing for the purpose of file sharing keeping the record of that particular file and with various preferences accordingly. The advantage of the proposed system is to keep the record at one place on the Minute Sheet. Any authorized person can check the details or route of the file through this minute sheet. It generates auto unique reference number for every new file that has been created which uniquely identifies the file. now a days everything should be in digital form everyone want to consume the time through this system we want to save the time of delay of file sharing between different departments or in the same department.this system will provide the facility to share the file in no time and in efficient way and also provide the authentication and tracking of the file it send to the specific concern person or not.This system will lessen the record management of the file manually it will automatically manage the record and generate as Minute Sheets.The proposed system will replace the current manual system which involves users to minimize their time by sharing files through automated and safe system.With the help of this system, user can set preferences to the particular file. An admin will help user to login and can view all files and records.
