dc.description.abstract Students can learn different skills through game-based learning, which can enhance their problem solving, critical thinking, and creativity games are being developed in order to help students learn more easily. Effective learning comes through activities. If the concept is given using an interactive game, the student is both at the delivering and receiving end making learning much more effective. Efficient understanding leads to efficient learning but effective learning comes via activities involving games. That knowledge lasts longer and gives us a better understanding of things. The project is basically a game based learning environment for data structure concept building. The project consists of two interactive games. The first game ‘Treasure Hunt’ applies greedy technique and helps students understand concept of the linked list data structure. The second game developed called ‘Tower Of Hanoi’ applies brute force technique and helps students understand concept of stack data structure. It is expected that these games will not only be a source of entertainment and fun but will also help the students learn the algorithmic techniques in a simpler way. en_US
