University Management System

Abstract

In many universities processes like approvals of activities, requests to purchase new equipment etc. are managed manually. Files are created and they have to be signed by various people involved in the process. A University Management System will be developed which will fully automate various activities which happen in universities. The system will help in avoiding delays in many activities and decrease the number of human resources involved in processing files. The user will be able to do perform different operations like sending and receiving data from other users, can create events or schedule meetings, and can update their profiles if necessary. The user is notified at every step once he deliver any data to its desired user. Files are tracked and delayed cause can be known.
