Abstract:
This report describes the design and development of the EHiring
system. With E-Hiring software, the cost of personnel
hiring is reduced up to 80°/o. E-Hiring is the most economical
way to fill a job vacancy with the right person. With state-ofthe-
art e-hire, talent surfing is just as simple as a button
click. It is a web-based application providing access to the
database via Intranet and remote access.
This application basically has two main modules
./ Resume Builder
./ Administration Interface
Resume Builder is basically for applicants. Any Applicant from
anywhere can apply for different categories of jobs and can
build his/her resume online in four easy steps by using
resume builder online application and can upload his/her
official resume.
Applicants can use these login/passwords for resume editing.
Admin interface for Human Resource department is fully
password protected. Only authorize person can use this
module. Main component of admin module is search engine.
Admin can search the resumes with the following options i.e.
Resume builder after four steps generate candidates resume,
store in database and generate login name and random
password by using login/password applicants update their
resumes
