Factors Effecting the Growth of Jubilee Life Insurance Co.'s Profitability

Abstract

Purpose: The current research work was aimed at discovering, understanding and examining the importance of various success factors and their contribution in the achievement of business growth and profitability at one of the leading and most successfully established insurance companies in Pakistan, Jubilee Life Insurance Company. Objectives: The research objectives in this research have been developed in accordance with the purpose, topic and subject matter of this study and to investigate and examine the factors responsible for the business success of the insurance companies, with particular emphasis to Jubilee Life Insurance Company. Research Methodology: The research methodology included the secondary research sources in order to arrive at the most suitable, comprehensive and insightful research findings. In this connection, a thorough literature review was undertaken as well as data collection technique was employed. Major Findings: After undertaking this research project, the research investigator has been able to develop and present a meaningful and evidential relationship between the success factors highlighted in this thesis and business growth and profitability of Jubilee Life Insurance Company. Conclusions and Recommendations: The research has presented a logical conclusion to the research undertaken by carefully selecting a sample, collecting data from the study subjects, analyzing and interpreting the results. In addition to the conclusion, the thesis also presents a number of useful recommendations as well as study limitations and future implications.
