dc.description.abstract Purpose: This study aims at identifying the causes of workplace harassment in the context of women employees at Fazaia Colleges of Karachi and to further examine the impact of harassment on motivation level ofwomen at workplace. Methodology: The study involved use of a well structuredquestionnaire developed for the purpose of collecting data. A sample size of 200 respondents was chosen for collecting primary quantitative data from the faculty of the Colleges.The data collected through questionnaire were treated by applying statistical tools including Correlation and Regression with the help of SPSS. Findings: Findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between depression, self-confidence and harassment on employee motivated. There is interpretation of recommendation and conclusion at the end ofthe report. en_US
