| dc.description.abstract | The basic theme of this project to enable a blind or aged person to use Internet Explorer by his voice commands and read any form, link or any text appear in the document viewed in the Internet Explorer Software. The blind person can listen any website also control the software through his voice commands and can get help to use the system as well.The system facilitates the blinds internet explorer users to open and listen any website. Also the blind users create their own set of favorites and the reopen the favorite websites by giving the commands through speech. The proposed system is completely voice enabled and as well speech enabled. The user can operate the system through his voice commands and listen any web page that is opened by “Voice and Speech Enabled Internet Explorer”. | en_US |
