dc.description.abstract	Enterprise management System (EMS) is developed for government organizations. The main aim of this software is to automate OPERATIONAL SYSTEM of organizations and to provide management level reporting .The System will server the needs regarding Personal Information, Field Security and Leave Management. System provides detailed reporting and advance level search options to facilitate management in different issues. Different business rules of the organization are also included so the system smooths out activities for the end users.The system is developed in the worlds most secure and reputable database, Oracle 9 and Developer, so sensitive government organizations can easily rely on it, where high level of security is required.	en_US
