Abstract:
Employee’s trust influences the organizational performance and leads to the accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives within defined timeframe. Employees are considered as an asset for an organization and also the subject of decision making skills virtually lives in the organization. The success factor of the organizations are dependent upon well perform it functional activities which works all around the global and create more opportunities in the market based on the talented, experienced and well qualified employees. Trust factor in any organization has great importance for the development of good relationships between employees and their top management of the organization. The researcher use sampling procedure based on convenience random sampling methods used for data collection. The limit of sample size is not more than two hundred and thirty one (231) employees working in different departments of telecommunication companies operates their branches in Pakistan. These telecommunication industries are Telenor, Ufone, Jazz or Mobilink, PTCL and Zong providing telecommunication service within and outside of country. The findings of the research have reflected that Organizational Justice has great impact on the Performance through the Element of Trust of the employees.
