dc.description.abstract Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) permits a trade to identify individual products and mechanisms, and to track them throughout the supply chain from manufacture to point-of-sale. It bought revolutionary in the field of supply chain management in order to tackle inventory management problems. It may however be observed as the device which has the essence of altering the dynamics in the field of inventory management. Many businesses are willing to adjust this technology for the sake of security, process automation and inventory visibility attached with inventory accuracy and flow of information. World has observed technological change. The research mainly emphases on five concepts of RFID which integrate gender Inventory Visibility, Security, Process automation, Flow of information along with Inventory accuracy. The survey was built on 200 questionnaires which were distributed amongst Unilever Pakistan and Nestle Pakistan which are considered to the FMCG giants. Resultantly, significant impact was being observed en_US
