The different elements of workplace environment are facilities and services, design of the workplace environment, supply chain management practices are receiving a great deal of attention as its elfective management leduces cost, enhance processes. The main focus is on aligning the supply chain management practices with manufacturing and other departments through integration. The dissertation is based on the supply chain management practices and manufacturing strategies at national foods Research method and sampling: the research design for this study is descriptive research. The research is quantitative in nature. The qualitative research for this study is analyzed with the help of open ended questionnaire which helps in determining the objectives and relationship among the variables. As according to the research design the research explores the data with the help of expert surveys. These expert surveys include 50 respondents. All these 50 respondents are experienced in their domains and therefore have certain amount of knowledge requires for thestudy. Finding of the research: it has been observed that the main focus of the company is to increase the export market. It is the main element of supply chain management in which we predict the requirements of future to maintain a balance in demand and supply we split this process of supply chain into planning, execution and then the process of shipping. The two major categories in which this process is divided are the supply chain execution and supply chain planning. The supply chain planning of products includes distribution, design, the supply chain modelling and supply network planning. Practical implication of the research: this research thesis study provides an understanding to the workplace environment of national food of Pakistan. It reveals that which elements are more important in workplace environment in national food and help to bring in improvement to make the workplace environment more attractive to the employees and helps to improve using better techniques and being better than your competitors in this area will bring ...
