dc.description.abstract The software that we plan to develop will allow public to make complaints online and provide the administration to follow up with the complaints more quickly and effectively. It will manage the records of the complaints and of the people who made them. Complaints made on telephone could be added and people can submit there complaint through the webpage. Every complaint will have its Id and its priority; the concerned officials will take action accordingly. Administration will be able to search any record using its ID, Name, Date and other attributes. Administration will also be given the rights of changing the priority and status of the complaint. It will have such a user friendly interface that it would not be hard for the administration to get used to it. People can go on the webpage and check for the status of there complaint. Administration will be allowed to send messages from machine to mobiles. The application will also keep a track of the working progress of the Complaint Bureau, which will be shown by a chart. The system will cater to two categories of management. One will be given the full rights of changing, editing, entering, viewing and retrieving the records while the other will be able to just view or retrieve the records. en_US
