A Detailed Analysis of the Privatization Commission

Abstract

The study, “A Detailed Study of the Privatization Commission ”, has been conducted by Shahrukh Ali Mirza. The author’s contribution to existing knowledge on the topic lies in the efforts put into the collection of information and data on the Privatization Commission, the compilation of past, present, and future work plans undertaken, and a critical analysis of the role being played by Privatization Commission in Pakistan. The points of analysis focus on the perceived image of the privatization commission’s pursuit of economic, social, and political stability, which in turn affect the overall development reforms that the government of Pakistan is striving towards.

Information about the research was gathered through intensive secondary research and primary research based on questionnaires distributed to the sample. The data collected through the questionnaires was analyzed and interpreted through frequency distributions and mean. The statistical scales that were used in the questionnaire are Nominal and the Interval Scales. The result of this review, “A Detailed Study of the Privatization Commission”, updates the already extensive data on the topic. This report supplements the findings of other reports on The Privatization Commission’s contribution to economic development in Pakistan. Surveys shows the general perceptions and understanding that people hold on privatization and the effects that it has on development.
