dc.description.abstract Living in turbulent times, survival is not easy. The world is becoming an insecure place as we progress through time. With the media revolution our private lives have changed. In these risky times all we can do is make ourselves and our environments secure. Keeping in view today’s advanced technology one can never be safe from spy devices used to gain valuable information on people and organizations. So to overcome our insecurity and securing parameters from intruder and spy devices we have designed a simple tool for scanning the area for any RF transmission devices that might be harmful. Configurable Friend/Foe Radio Frequency Detector is an electronics and computers related project developed to be used for the intelligence purposes. This hardware product will provide a secure environment for highly confidential meetings and conferences .This project is aimed at providing a safe and bug free environment. This system is capable of detecting telephone line bugs and hidden transmitters en_US
