Multiplatform Registration System

Abstract

The aim of this project is to design a Multi-plat Form Registration which has three modules. A Desktop Application, Web Portal and a Windows Phone Application. The non-technical user will first create a database using desktop application. The database will be available for all modules and users will be able to register applicants. Admin will have the access to admin panel where he/she can select the currently active database that will be available for the three modules. Barcode reader is used to make the registration process faster. Desktop and web application use barcode reader to read and Windows Phone application uses mobile camera to read the barcode. System also checks from multiple registrations of same applicant and generate error reports for the non-technical user to reduce them.
