Appliances Control System Using Windows Phone Application

Abstract

This project is an Appliances Control System designed for Windows Phone. Application will allow users to control the appliances remotely from anywhere without being present at the site. The user can check the status of the appliances through the application. This application will not only save time but also economize resources and it would be a great help for the handicapped people who are unable to move. This application will save electricity thus affect the cost of bills. It would help a lot in saving time as users can manage their appliances with little effort. In addition this application can also be very helpful for the user during accidents i.e. electric short circuitry and can contribute a lot in controlling the damage. Dealing with such kind of situations is just one click away. As now-a-days people usually stay out of their houses due to their heavy commitments.
