dc.description.abstract The research is about the continuous arms race increasing in the South Asia between India and Pakistan after the independence 1947. The research is focusing on why both the countries are involved in this conflicting race, what factors led them towards arms enhancement and what confrontations escalates between them. why should India used nuclear energy for military purposes instead of peaceful purpose. why Pakistan instead of weak economic system is spending its greater amount of budget on military instead of domestic sectors. where will this arms race lead the region? Either this arms race is increasing stability in the South Asian region or is causing instability between the countries. My research work is descriptive and would be a mixed method research. Secondary source would be utilized for data collection. There would be efforts to conduct primary research in case of need arises. Such as, Interviews and focused group discussions with experts. en_US
