| dc.description.abstract | Migrated seismic lines HPK98A-30, HPK98A-31, HPK98A-32, HPK98A-33, HPK98A-34, HPK98A-40 and Suit of well Logs of well Zamzama-3 were obtained from Landmark Resources (LMKR) after prior permission from Directorate General of Petroleum Concessions (DGPC) for the purpose of seismic interpretation and well log analysis. Dip lines are oriented E-W and Strike lines are oriented N-S. The required information for the seismic interpretation was provided with the seismic section. Three horizons were marked which were Kirthar Formation, Dunghan Formation and Pab Sandstone by correlation of well Tops. Major faults were identified, which extended through all these formations. Time and depth structure contour maps were generated for these above mentioned horizons. Well log analysis was carried out on Zamzama-3 well to identify the reservoir and to calculate the values for Volume of shale, effective Porosities, saturation of water, hydrocarbon saturation and hydrocarbon pore volume present in the subsurface formations. The Rock Physics Properties are determined using Elastic Moduli. | en_US |
