dc.description.abstract This project focuses on analyzing the working of business development department of Maroof International Hospital, keeping in mind the revision of job description of Business Development Department using C-JAM Method. After analysis using C-JAM as core technique we have also used different tools like interviews, observations, discussions to get as much data to make accurate job descriptions. Job descriptions are attached in this report which can be used for different HR Practices including selection, compensation, training & development. en_US
