dc.description.abstract The reason of this scientific study is to explore new horizons in the impending growth of out-sourcing in Pakistan along with and in-depth analysis of their operations. Against the background of the changes in the fast-paced business environment, the question comes to the fore whether Pakistan is a feasible market and a stable market to invest money in for a foreign perspective. Working in a back office for more than 2 years has really helped in evolving this project. The report covers the procedures and the economic aspects of setting up a call center and BPO along with its operations in Pakistan. An overview of the global BPO industry is also presented. en_US
