dc.description.abstract The projects main aim was to analyze the feasibility of automation at CDA and identify the expected problems. Our project also includes the analysis of the current problems at CDA. In our project we took four major factors that are in the favor of automation an four factors that are against automation analyzed the degree of these factors and analyzed whether automation will be adoptable at CDA or not. A questionnaire was made to identify the problems of employees who are working there and raw data was collected with the help of questionnaires , interviews and personal observations .the data was collected and the analyzed by applying different tools to identify the best possible solution . The recommendation include what steps should be taken to lessen the resistance against automation and what role HRD should play in this process. en_US
