dc.description.abstract This project is on regarding job satisfaction and work motivation in Managed Services : Nokia Siemens Networks Pakistan. All the three regions; North, Central and South are covered in it. A sample of 130 was taken from total 238 employees. Job Descriptive Index (JDI) wasis used as the primary scale to measure job satisfaction; Ccompensation, work at present job, promotional opportunities, supervisor and coworker are taken as the variables of the study (from JDI). Employees of Managed Services department are overall satisfied with their job; The most common unsatisfactory factor is “Compensation” (which was already anticipated), secondly “Promotional Opportunities” and in some cases “Supervision” was also found to be the dilemma. The most satisfied employees are of Central Region, secondly South Region and the least satisfied employees are of North Region. en_US
