dc.description.abstract | Our basic aim is to materialize whether high recruitment alone helps combat the high turnover of employees or if it is a complete myth. Our concern is with Serena Hotel, Islamabad, in which we are researching about the concept of employee retention and the employees’ job satisfaction. Therefore, through out our project, we will be developing facts and figures that either proves the statement of high recruitment equals less turnover or vice versa. ISLAMABAD SERENA HOTEL is positioned as Pakistan's leading and most luxurious hotel. Islamabad Serena hotel’s Human Resource Department is a very strong department in the organization, from which we gathered most of our project material. The main people from the Serena’s Management who volunteered the information presented in this project are Mr. Subah Sadiq, Corporate Directector Human Resources; Mr. Umar Raza Bhutta, HR Manager, Mr. Imran Ahmed, Assistant HR Manager and; Mr. Saeed Shah, Training Manager. | en_US |
