Abstract:
Our project is based on to practically experience, the Project Management Practices studied in our course of MBA, on Design and implementation of vocational training centres in AJ&K by EDCON, especially to thrash out the different phases involved in completion of a project. Our project is divided into five phases. In the first phase we have discussed the elements involved in Analysis of a project, in the second phase we have discussed design of the project, third, fourth and fifth explains the Construct, Implement and Closure of the project respectively. As, now days, there is a tough competition in the Development sector of Pakistan, so this forced us to develop our program with competitive edge.
Our Project would provide us with practical experience of executing and managing humanitarian projects and also all the implications and processes involved in producing a project plan an also in implementing the constructed action plan.
