dc.description.abstract The study based on Selection tools and Organizational Success in National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) determined the effectiveness and proper usage of the selection tools which can lead to success. Selecting the best Human Resource is the quest of every organization for maintaining & retaining competitive advantage and for survival in the long run. The thesis carefully analyzed the use of various tools for selection purposes and highlighted a new concept of linking the selection tools with the organization’s success by utilizing proper validation and assessment methods. The study focuses on streamlining the selection methodology by focusing on job analysis, use of various selection tools related to the job in question, calculations, measurements, final assessment and validity of the tools. Detailed recommendations are also a part of this thesis, which if followed by any organization, can lead to success. en_US
