dc.description.abstract The focus of our project is to identify the reasons of high turnover in BGP. Our project is a qualitative research, highlighting various drawbacks of Human Resource department. By interviewing the employees, we have identified weaknesses of the company that has resulted in increased turnover of employees. vve have focused on the critical aspects such as impact of low salary on employees, cultural differences, inequality between Chinese and Pakistani employees. These issues can result in the failure of the company if not properly addressed in proficient manner. en_US
