dc.description.abstract This research will point out the evaluation and measurement of effectiveness and viability of recruitment and selection and its impact on performance of employees within the department of human recourse. Research has demonstrated that propelled and motivated employees are more profitable and productive to the organization and that there is a development on administration and also on service/product of the organization. Elements, which impact the motivation of employees, are majorly proficient recruitment and selection systems, accomplishment, advancement, being treated with respect and self development and growth. This research about recruitment and selection is aimed at employers and employees to understand and develop the link of recruitment and selection, employee performance, and role of recruitment and selection in employees’ performance and its effectiveness on the performance of employees. This research is applicable in different organizations of telecom industry of Pakistan. This study also tells the details about the process of recruitment and selection in various organizations of telecom industry and will also be identifying the resources organizations use to recruit and select employees and efforts to retain them and the effect of recruitment and selection in the performance management and the link in between them. en_US
