dc.description.abstract This research was conducted in order to clarify the motivators which are present in the educational sector and which enable the staff of educational institutions to perform better, the purpose was to identify the hygiene factors of the institution and the motivators which affect the working of the people in order to attain a certain level of achievement. Pakistan has seen a declination in the availability of educational resources and despite the availability of some; the learning process is hampered by many social and domestic dilemmas which create a picture not very favorable. The stress in normally placed on the students for providing better results and to perform better in life but the stress should be placed on the alternative party majorly because if teachers perform their jobs better, the students will evidently perform better and learning will more constructive rather being a formality. This requires a workforce which can propagate education in a much constructive manner and other staff to facilitate this process. This is why the research will target the motivation level of the educational staff on the basis of gender so that the influence can be made on the gender based social phenomenon where motivation is necessary to perform the task work effectively. en_US
