Abstract

Event management is a subdivision of Project management and the word is self-explanatory that it is related to the creation of Festivals and feasts. E.M is being practiced a lot for the past one decade as people are hiring more and more companies who are expert in arranging events in far more healthier way which a normal person unable do. When a contract for an event is given to someone then the level of expectation also arises with that context and satisfaction levels are increased, which means extra pressure or burden escalates n the service provider side. The key aspects on which this research is based are that what makes an event efficacious? Is this aspect controllable (can you make, guide, replicate or mange) or is it out of control? Are there some tangible steps by which one can ensure the outcomes or it is concluded by some mysterious element like fate or luck? These are the key questions which arise in the mind of every organizer for which they use different strategies and plans to make the event as successful as the customer has demanded and the customer is happy at that time when greater number of attendee is satisfied from the event. Attendee level of satisfaction can be determined by various tools but one of the most effective tools is conducting an interview on the spot where the audience is actually experiencing the event that feedback will be more authentic.
