| dc.description.abstract | NLP represents the backbone of how people communicate with others; the things they have in their mind that make them act and react. Considering this, NLP is in general something that can help the organization to increase the performance and efficiency of their employees and then overall organizational effectiveness is enhanced. Today, NLP offers the organization with large numbers of training courses, personal development programs, therapeutic and educational interventions, purporting to be based on the principles of NLP. Despite the benefits, the NLP has not been an integral part of the organizational culture. This thesis has been aimed to study the impact of NLP coaching on employee learning. In order to study the relationship between the two, employees from banking sector were selected. In order to collect the data, questionnaires were used. The data collected from 74 respondents was used to test the proposed hypotheses which are included in the appendix attached with the report. Convenient sampling was used to collect data for this research. The data was analyzed using SPSS. Correlation and moderating regression tests were used on the data. The results show that NLP coaching has a significant effect on employee learning. Through NLP tool employees’ perception toward better performance can be significantly enhanced. | en_US |
