Abstract:
This research study entails the effect of various different factors on ethical behavior that
people exhibit or fail to exhibit at their workplaces. Is it fair to expect organizations to
identify and embrace a set of values as they struggle to succeed in uncertain economical
times? What is the significance of ethical values in a society that is economically
uncertain .In the midst of mergers and acquisitions, downsizing, restructuring? The Enron
matter illustrates the significant importance of abiding to ethical standards in today's
world, and just how susceptible employees and organizations can be to ethical problems
that can potentially terrorize the future of the entire organization. In turbulent economic
times, corporate ethics are more essential than ever. When everything else in the
workplace is uncertain, a strong foundation in ethical values will help in providing the
