| dc.description.abstract | The concept of co creation is recently introduced in Pakistan. There are some cafes those adopt the customization in the service process. Co creation is an innovative process in which the customers are fully involved in it. People are customized their product or services according to their own choices. Environment of the cafes also give a huge impact on the co creation. If the café environment and customization process both are good and attractive for the customers then the customer are willing to come in the café and enjoy the meal with friends and family. Now the people are become changing they want a full experience when they visits to any café. I discussed the theory of disneyization and postmodernism in detail. In the methodology part I explain the data collection method, how to interpret the data and write a complete findings. In the findings I explain the respondent result according to the theme I have made for my research. Then at the last I give a conclusion and recommendation about the co creation. | en_US |
