| dc.description.abstract | In the time of modern digital technology era where the use of social media had increases day by day. People are more conscious to use their time in effective manner. They want to fulfill there all desire their home step. The purchasing patterns of customers buying behavior are shifted from physical to visual products (by online). Use of social media become trendy, because of the people awareness had been increase day by day. There are many social websites which provide the customers to facilitate the comfortable life style. One of the main popular site made from the Harved students FACE BOOK. The web site provides the best plate for running the business through online medium of communication. Face book is not just the website it also show another aspect of service which is CO CREATION. This element enhance the customers satisfaction and become consumers are more goal oriented and towards more conscious about the purchasing behavior. Different factors effects the customers to engage co creation with their products. In research shows that online social networking websites had a great impact over the consumer mind when consumer have engage with the product or the companies, so the co creation factor also starts impact over the consumers as well as the business .co creation is just not to customize the products according to the desire of customers. During online business co creation is also does effect the consumers buying behaviors increase and it has great impact over the consumer physiological and mentally. The business patterns has changing when enhancing the co creation during the selling products from online, our consumers believe that facilities to the customers in a good effective manner is also the co creation. Now a day’s life becomes so busy so every one’s have to save their time. The Qualitative method use for this research because according to Pakistan prospect this method brings the more accurate analysis. So the researched is basically on the confessionary items delivered at their home door (Cakes) from the use of social media ,and how the co creation and HYPER REALITY does impact over this bakery industry. | en_US |
