| dc.description.abstract | There are different steps and parameters that are involved in seismic data processing which are based on a particular sequence known as the Seismic processing /l0l1i. Seismic processing workstation (SPW) is a useful software package that is mainly used for seismic data processing. Its main utilities are SPW Tape Utility, Seis viewer. Flowchart and Executor. The software is used to convert the format of SEG-y line data to SPW format by using Reformat operation in SPW tape utility. Then the data is displayed on the screen using SPW Seis Viewer and tinally the processing steps are applied using SPW Flow Chart and Executor. Different seismic processing techniques are applied on the available data and then their flowcharts are made accordingly to view the utilities of this software package. | en_US |
