| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the Recruitment and Selection process. Two main dimensions of my study are Recruitment and Selection and Recruitment further containing two different sources is Recruitment sources and the Recruiter himself. How these two factors affect the whole selection process. However Recruitment sources include the different sources from where the organization attracts the quality applicants for the job. And the recruiter is the first person who interacts with the potential employees directly or indirectly and if the recruiter makes a positive image in the mind of the potential employees then recruiter will attract the quality applicants and the organization gets a pool of quality applicants to hire from them. The study helps to under stand the influence of the recruitment methods and recruiters on the selection process. Employees things that recruiter needs to be knowledgeable and experience. Because recruiter is the most important person who attract the potential employees for the job. Recruiter is the person who first of all contact with the potential employees directly or indirectly. The organizations selected for this study were Habib Bank Limited, Muslim Commercial Bank, Bank Al-Falah, Faysal Bank and Askari Bank. These organizations are selected just to make the result more accurate. In the research when both the factors were studied and analyzed by using cross tab analysis by using SPSS software which helped in making findings more accurate and it was established that recruiters has a very important impact on selection process. | en_US |
