Information technology issues and its impact on financial performance of red tone telecommunication Pakistan private limited

Abstract

Information technology plays a vital role in the progress of firms / companies all over the world these days. Companies are making attempt in work processes to reduce cost and enhance the share of profit. Analyzing the role of information technology continues to be more essential in such efforts. Companies in Pakistan are also utilizing information technology to its greater extent by making heavy investments. This project will examine different issues relating to information technology and its impact on the financial performance of the selected organization ‘Red Tone Telecom Pakistan Private Limited’. The primary data has been collected by conducting in-depth interviews based on qualitative questionnaires. Source for secondary data was internet. Methodology been applied in the whole project was in-depth interview with the target employees based on qualitative questionnaire. The conclusion of this project is that information technology has positive impact but it is necessary to be utilized in proper way, otherwise it would cause problems for any organization in term of output and profit.
