Abstract:
Workplace flexibility has become a vital factor to increase the
productivity of employees and related outcomes like employee
motivation and retention which in turn contributes to the
overall productivity of a Company but it is only possible due to
a collaborative effort from employees and the employers, hence
such factors should be controlled that directly affect the
proper implementation of workplace policies like management
control, employees’ workload and their method of utilizing those
policies effectively.
The objective of this Project is to come up with in-depth study
of variables that are affecting the output of the organization.
A through survey was conducted by analyzing case studies,
floating the questionnaire, commencing interviews, to get the
results and hold up my research by gathered facts and figures.
This Business Project will be a contribution towards identifying
the black holes in organizational provision for flexibility at
workplace for the Permanent and contract base employees by
qualitative and quantitative methods and to develop a framework
which can help the variables to be considered in order to
enhance capability and organizational productivity through
constructive new methods and procedures by introducing human
resource rules and policies within the organization that can be
beneficial for both employee and employer for a consistence
change and their implementation.
