Abstract:
The primary objective of my research project is to make recommendations to reduce the
turnover of The Educators (a project of the beacon house schooling system). The organization
is loosing their young talent so I try to devise such a strategy that will retain the
employee.Comprehensive plan and job description have been made and recommended to
implement in order to enhance the retention of the employee.
