Abstract:
The main objective of the project is to study and examine the impact of rejection rate on
online workings and find out the possible ways and outcomes which can help to reduce the
rejection rate and make this work more fruitful, satisfactory and career oriented for the
workers under this working sector.
The study is based upon the key variables like rejection rate and percentage of rejected work
under the online workings.
In order to get result we visited different online services providers in Rawalpindi and Taxila.
We used the primary data collection technique to gather the information. For data analysis of
this study we used questionnaires and looked into the work details before starting our project.
Due to financial reasons only sample size of 8 real accounts was taken to conduct the
research. And it was revealed that factors as rules of working directed by the company, use of
links provided for working, work completion deadlines, and proper training of the workers
contributes to the rejection rate of online workings.
