dc.description.abstract Work life balance is a concept that supports the efforts of employees to split their time and energy between work and other aspects. Over the years demand of work life balance is increasing. People are trying to maintain their balance and opt for the companies which can help them to achieve work life balance, Telecom industry in Pakistan is growing at a fast pace. The study focuses on work-life balance policies at Mobilink and their impact on job satisfaction. The research includes both primary and secondary data to see existing work-life balance practices, their impact and how can they be improved. It shows that work-life balance and employee satisfaction are positively related which ultimately benefit the organization. en_US
