dc.description.abstract Job satisfaction plays an important role in the customer satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an important particular in developing countries for examples Pakistan. There are a variety of factors that can influence a person's level of job satisfaction; some of these factors include the level of pay and benefits. For the job satisfaction in Pakistan we took three different independent determinants. Organizational Learning Culture and Motivation to Learn. This research targets on the various organizational sectors in Pakistan. The results will be collected through questionnaires, its relationship will be measured, and either the result has positive impact or negative impact in that area. It is fact, when the employee is satisfied with his own job then organizational productivity is also high en_US
