Abstract:
This project presents the feasibility study for new branch, which is actually undertaken by Institute of Health Management (IHM). The project is aimed at evaluation, option exploration for city selection to open new branch and develop a financial model and plan for that particular area/region.
This project proceeds with research problem and objective of the study. The industry overview shows various needs and action taken by Government of Pakistan in Health Sector.
The cities reports are taken from Population Census organization, Islamabad. Data collected was analyzed and it was concluded that among all the cities taken to explore Faisalabad city has the potential from IHM success perspective for opening new branch, if cater target market with adequate services. The second option that is suggested for opening new branch of IHM is Gujranwala.
