dc.description.abstract Human desires and wills evaluate the core value of the rewards. Rewards always exist in the nature and in the mentality of the human beings. One way or another they live in the form of the goals in the mind of the human beings. People make real efforts to achieve these goals. Some of these can be very limited things regardless of their value in the daily life, some maybe very hard to achieve and some might be related to gain a certain degree of value within a society. Employees in the organizations give a real importance to the rewards and reward system implemented in the organization (Hamilton, 2001). Societies always reward individuals, who achieve something unique, extraordinary and special. Rewards serve as a real milestone in the society and people give them a great value. In the organizations rewards can be bonuses, increase in their pay scales, promotions, and special holiday vacations for the employees (Kazdin, 2005). Rewards are just not about spending money on the employees or giving them a particular incentive. But rather the rewards include giving money or incentives in such a way that help to boost the trust and performance of the employee for the organization. The organizations reward the employees so that they get further motivated and increase the productivity level of the organization (Shah & Naresh, 2008). en_US
