dc.description.abstract	The purpose of research was to find out the impact of financial leverage on the performance of textile firms. For this purpose data is taken from 2007 to 2016 and regression analysis which includes fix and random effect model has been used to analyze the results. Return on assets was taken as the dependent variable while, financial leverage and liquidity ratios were independent variables. The results showed a significant positive relationship between leverage and performance of the firm (P<0.05).	en_US
