dc.description.abstract This is the era of information and technology. With advancements in the field the threat of interception in communication is also increasing. We have used wired telephone for communication over the last two decades. However now we are using wireless medium but it is also not reliable. There are many software available through which one can easily change the voice and intercept the information. The internet technology has to face a lot of challenges in this regard. There are numerous hackers who hack the information through different means. So securing the information has become a very challenging job. The main theme of our project is to secure the data in the form of voice on the internet. We use RC4 encryption algorithm for this purpose. The computers have been connected through the intranet. The persons who want to communicate with one another have a facility to secure their data in the form of voice through this software by installing on their computers. The person who wants to secure the voice for this purpose he/she will encrypt the data using RC4 while on the receiving side the person is unable to listen to the voice until he/she decrypts received data. An attacker would not be able to recognize the voice traveling in encrypted form over the channel. The Visual C++ was used for this implementation. en_US
