Abstract:
This research presents that post privatization of PTCL; it faces many internal and external challenging problems. Among these problems major problems are to re-vamp its organizational structure in line with telecommunication standards, introduce corporate culture and being the backbone of telecom sector at national/international level. Because of this all of their profits and financial ratios are constantly decreases by comparing it with pre privatization period.
To meet the growing challenges, PTCL has taken certain essential steps to make new strategies and policies for organizational transformation.
The Company management is confident that after successful execution of new initiative and implementation of improved strategies, the Company will witness customer confidence on PTCL quality and efficiency and eventually significant increase in revenue and shareholders' value in the coming years.
