Organizations using Technologies are better than those who don't

Abstract

The findings from this research would be beneficial in enhancing the importance of technology in organizations. Policymakers and management would also benefit in making informed judgements about the issues involved in measuring organizations using technology are better than those who don’t. This study tells them whether organizations using technology are more productive, customer oriented & successful as compare to those who don’t use it The study is limited to MOBILINK and PAKTEL Islamabad. To to achieve these objectives a quantitative approach using the survey method is adopted for the research. A specifically designed questionnaire has used as the main data collection instrument followed by a series of frequent visits for interaction with employees of various management levels at the subjected organizations. The collected data was analyzed using Frequency/percentage distribution, weighted mean and T test formula. The result based on the practiced methodology reflects that both employees of MOBILINK and PAKTEL are agreed with the statement that organizations using technology are better than those who don’t. The study of Relationship between Technology and productivity, Business processes and customer data base concludes that business technology when done right can truly add to your business by adding to productivity and efficiency of the day to day operations and can help you take on more clients and over all help you build your business.
